Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting a highly successful Accountancy firm who are building out their Insolvency department with the recruitment of a Compliance Associate. The Company

A successful Chartered Accountancy firm, based in Omagh, they have over 30 years experience dealing with a variety of both corporate and personal customers, specialising in tax advice. Having recently acquired new business, they are building out their Insolvency department. The office is newly renovated and so is a great environment to work. They are supportive of peoples personal commitments and will look to be flexible with things like school drop offs or appointments.

What your day will look like

You will be working alongside a seasoned Insolvency expert, who has an excellent reputation throughout their field within Northern Ireland, offering you great exposure to further learning and development! This role requires you to manage your own time effectively and act on own initiative. You will be required to independently make decisions and act with autonomy in order to support your line manager

Tasks will include the following:

  • Processing of financial data and producing reports
  • Reconciling of accounts
  • Preparation for client meetings
  • Completing investigations
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders including solicitors and creditors

The Person

Previous experience working within Insolvency is of course, highly desirable, however it is not essential. If you can demonstrate that you have an excellent attention to detail, solid understanding of compliance and are process orientated this also could be the role for you. You must be able to use your own initiative, work to deadlines and be extremely organised.
