Honeycomb is pleased to be working with a large public Sector body to recruit a Contract Co-ordinator on a Part Time Temporary basis.

  • £17.41 per hour
  • Hours per week 18-20 hours per week
  • Temporary role with great holidays, excellent hourly rate, and weekly pay

This large Public Sector Organisation is seeking a Contract Co-ordinator to join our Communications and Marketing Team, supporting the smooth day-to-day management and co-ordination of a range of large-scale contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people, projects, and processes together and who can keep multiple priorities moving in a busy environment.

About the role

As Contract Co-ordinator, you will provide essential administrative and co-ordination support across a variety of contract areas, including print, event support, and assets.

Collaborating closely with suppliers and colleagues across the organisation, you will help ensure requests are efficiently managed, records are accurate and activities are delivered to schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating supplier requirements and communications.
  • Tracking requests and ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Maintaining accurate contract and administrative records.
  • Supporting booking and scheduling processes.
  • Assisting with contract monitoring and general contract administration.
  • Supporting the administration of bookings
  • Providing general co-ordination and administrative support to the Head of Communications and Marketing.
  • Undertaking other related duties as required to support the effective operation of the Communications and Marketing Team.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of working in a busy design office or agency environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of communications and marketing.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to collaborate with a range of colleagues and external suppliers.
