Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading construction company, to recruit a Contracts Administrator on a full-time basis. This role will involve maintaining effective communication between customers, colleagues, and clients, and is the ideal role for someone who possesses excellent organisational skills, and an ability to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

The Contracts Administrator will be a crucial part of the team. The role is responsible for providing administrative support within a busy office, and will involve managing customer queries, formulating document packs to assist the contracts team, placing orders, and establishing efficient communication amongst internal/external stakeholders. The successful Contracts Administrator will coordinate effectively with on-site teams relaying project information to ensure the smooth operating of day-to-day processes. Communication is a key part of this role, and the successful applicant will feel confident on their ability to establish themselves as a main point on contact.

The successful Contracts Administrator will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar administrative role. This is the ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced role and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have previous experience effectively navigating the Microsoft suite, have excellent organisational skills and pride yourself on your time management. Previous Construction industry experience is advantageous for this position, but not essential.
