Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to support the recruitment of a Contract Coordinator Based in Portadown. The successful Contract Coordinator will become an integral part of the business, holding responsibility for maintaining an excellent line of communication between various internal departments and clients.
The Contracts coordinator will play a key role in the management of a wide range of construction contracts throughout Ireland, providing the main point of contact for internal/external stakeholders. You will be responsible for collecting work orders relating to the wide array of services offered by the business, ensuring that the information received is allocated accordingly, and that appropriate time lines are given to clients. In addition, you will be responsible for compiling RAMS documents to ensure appropriate Health and Safety procedures are carried out for each contract.
The successful Contracts Coordinator will possess a good knowledge of the construction industry, notably the different construction services available, alongside a minimum of 1 year's construction industry experience. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an ability to establish strong relationships with clients, and consider themselves to be highly organised. This is the ideal role for someone who has previous coordinating experience. A knowledge of health and safety protocols is advantageous for this role.
Our client is offering a salary of 25000-28000 DOE. There are genuine progression opportunities for the right candidate to move into more senior positions. This is an office-based role with hours of work being 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday. There will be occasional travel to ROI offices during your training period.
