Contracts Coordinator – Fantastic Business and Progression Opportunities

Honeycomb is excited to be working with our client to support the recruitment of a Contract Coordinator Based in Portadown. This a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for their next step into a role with genuine progression.

Our client is a market leader within the construction industry and has grown year on year. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a company leading the way in their sector.

As the contracts coordinator, you will be managing the contracts and services for many well-known businesses. You will be the first point of call for any queries or requests for visits. You will be liaising with engineers to ensure work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner. You will be a great communicator and be able to build strong, trustworthy relationships. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will also carry out other administrative and contractual responsibilities in their absence.

Previous Construction or facilities management experience is essential. The ideal candidate would have previously worked in a role within the construction industry or is a construction graduate wanting the opportunity to develop their skills and experience. You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to work autonomously.

Our client is offering a salary of 25000-28000 DOE. There are genuine progression opportunities for the right candidate to move into more senior positions. This is an office-based role with hours of work being 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday. There will be occasional travel to ROI offices during your training period.
