The role of Data/Systems Administrator is responsible for the development and management of the businesses core systems - including ticketing, CRM, venue management systems and project management tools. The role will also oversee ticketing operations and require the successful candidate to work with large data sets and suggest areas for continuous improvement. Whilst this role is an IT-focused position, customer service is at the heart of this organisation and is something which prevails through every activity. The role will involve ensuring the integrity of business information is always upheld and have a strong emphasis on database management. You will provide insights to the wider business and oversee elements of data analysis.

The right person for this role will possess a passion for IT/technology and have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a role which involves database management or experience gained working with e-commerce systems. It is desirable for someone to come with experience gained within a ticketing environment, utilising ticketing systems.

The package for this role is an attractive salary which can be discussed upon interview with Honeycomb. This is a hybrid role which allows 2 days working from home per week.
