Honeycomb is pleased to be working with our client, a market-leading FMCG business based in Newtownards, to recruit for a Customer and Supply Chain Support Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit and longstanding team with an excellent reputation. Due to internal promotion, there is a permanent need within the team and the business is seeking someone with an exceptional attitude who wants to learn the ropes!

The role of Customer and Supply Chain Administrator involves providing high levels of customer service to business customers whilst overseeing administration. You will raise invoices, liaise with the transport team and solve any challenges which may arise. Relationship building is key within this role and therefore someone who is a people-person will thrive within our clients environment. You will undertake different tasks each day, as the business rotates the responsibilities within the team to maximise fairness and job satisfaction, something you wont find within many roles.

The right person for this role will be someone with demonstrable, exceptional customer service experience ideally gained from within an industry environment. Industry experience is not essential however it is crucial to possess strong IT skills, including Excel. The business would be highly interested in candidates coming with ERP/SAP experience.
