Customer Care Coordinator

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a highly successful health care company, to recruit for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team in Antrim. Our client is experiencing continual demand within the industry, making it an exceptional time to join a well-established team. This is a dynamic role and presents great opportunities for long term progression.

The Role

• Monitoring all customer queries through a variety platforms
• Providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring a professional advice and satisfaction
• Offering support to the sales team- providing quotations, processing orders, arranging deliveries and returns
• Assisting in any ad hoc duties to various different departments

The Person

• Previous experience within a customer focused environment
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and professionalism
• Confidence in working within a fast-paced environment alongside a great work ethic
• Proactive mentality and ability to work off your own initiative

The package for this role includes a salary of £22,000- £25,000, may be some flexibility on this if a candidate is coming with relevant industry experience. This role presents great opportunities for progression within the industry alongside other benefits. With a working week of Monday to Friday, 7:30- 4:30.
