Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading Utilities business, to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer on a full-time basis. This role will involve maintaining effective communication with customers and is the ideal role for someone who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
The role of Customer Liaison Officer is a critical role within the team. The role is responsible for providing an excellent service to customers, providing regular updates on project advancements including dates, time frames, and product selection. The successful Customer Liaison Officer will deliver customer consultations, acquiring all tenant agreement documentation for all works to be carried out. You will frequently liaise with contractors and various members of staff, to ensure an excellent and efficient customer service is delivered.
The successful Customer Liaison Officer will possess experience at least 2 year's experience working in a customer focused role. This is the ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced role and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A demonstrable track record of excellent customer service is essential for this role, and previous experience producing data driven reports. You will have a full clean driving licence and will be working across NI.
