Customer Liason Officer

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading construction company, to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer on a full-time basis. This role will involve maintaining effective communication with customers and is the ideal role for someone who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

The role of Customer Liaison Officer is a critical role within the team. The role is responsible for providing an excellent service to customers, providing regular updates on project advancements including dates, time frames, and any disturbances related to scheduled or ongoing works. The successful Customer Liaison Officer will deliver initial customer consultations prior to the commencement of works and be responsible for arranging all tenant agreement documentation for all works to be carried out. You will frequently liaise with contractors and various members of staff, to ensure an excellent and efficient customer service is delivered.

The successful Customer Liaison Officer will possess 3 year's experience working in a customer focused role. This is the ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced role and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A demonstrable track record of excellent customer service is essential for this role, and previous experience producing data driven reports. You will have a full clean driving licence and working predominantly in the Causeway Area.
