Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for Full Time Permanent Customer Service Administrator for an exceptional business. The client has a fantastic reputation not only for the focus on customer service and the impressive growth of the business over recent years.
The client is now seeking excellent customer focused administrators to support the business in customer service.
The role of Administrator involves liaising with customer through inbound and outbound calls and building strong relations whilst ensuring the best outcome for both the customer and business.
You will work within business targets and meeting compliance and service level agreements and expectations. The role is responsible for upholding the company's exceptional reputation and being a brand ambassador. You will utilise Microsoft Office Packages and CRM to fulfil this role.
Working hours are 37 hrs Mon-Fri 9-5 / The role moves to hybrid after 4-6 weeks and you will work 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. The office is on Belfast Malone road.
The right person for this role will be a candidate who brings an excellent level of customer service and call handling. You will have previously gained at least 6 months experience within an administrative environment. You will have great attention to detail and have experience in working to deadlines and targets. You will be passionate about supporting the customer and updating the business systems in an administrative capacity.
Salary, 20-23k + annual Bonus and a very attractive benefits package which can be discussed pending successful application. Free Parking on-site is also provided.
