Customer Service Administrator (Great Business, Maternity Cover)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an established, ever growing business to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for a 6-9 month maternity cover based in Carrickfergus.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business which will give great exposure to the manufacturing industry.

The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for the sales process from quotations, all the way through to aftercare. You will be investigating and solving queries from customers to ensure repeat business and maintaining the companies fantastic reputation. You will be liaising with key stakeholders to ensure the sales are streamlined and timely for the customer. You will be answering incoming enquiries via telephone and email. The Customer Service Administrator will also update the internal database and complete general administration duties as required.

The right person for this role will have experience working as an administrator in a fast-paced environment. You will be a problem solver who takes pride in their work. You will have strong IT skills and great attention to detail.

The role offers a salary ranging between £23,000-£24000 depending on experience. The working hours are flexible between 7AM-6PM. The role offers a hybrid working model and the office is based in Carrickfergus.
