Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside a well-established FMCG company to recruit a temporary Customer Service Advisor. Based in Belfast, our client is a worker cooperative that strives to maintain healthy farms and produce high quality products. Hourly rate of £12, full-time hours, hybrid working, based in Belfast.
The client is a leading blue-chip company that delivers an end-to-end service. They deliver products to more than 45 countries internationally and pride themselves on providing high standards throughout their processes, products and people.
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the collation and processing of orders. They will respond to customer enquiries and attend to delivery requirements. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for coordinating the supply chain between production, distribution and field sales personnel.
The right person for the role will be competent with MS Office Suite and a basic IT knowledge. The should have experience in a customer service role in a fast-paced environment. They should have a positive approach and good communication skills.
The role offers hybrid working and £12 per hour. They will be required to work 9:00-5:00 Monday to Friday and the office is in Belfast.
