Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a leader in the digital infrastructure industry to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Belfast. Working in a thriving industry the business is looking for people to join their ever-growing and expanding organisation on a permanent basis.
The role of a Customer Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers both new and existing. You will be responsible for the on-boarding of customers and updating their details. The Customer Service Advisor will help answer any queries and direct customers to the right department where appropriate to help solve queries as efficiently as possible for continued ease of the customers.
The right candidate for this role must be an excellent communicator as well as having an eye for detail to relay information correctly. They should be efficient with their workload and be adaptable to work in this fast-paced environment. The right candidate should also have strong IT skills and a desire to build relationships with customers. This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer service background that wants the opportunity to progress through a company.
This role offers a salary of £21k which will increase to £23k after probation. Our client offers excellent company benefits as well as a bonus scheme. The hours of work are on a rota basis 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm and offers hybrid working for evenings and weekends.
