Customer Service Advisor

Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a leader in the digital infrastructure industry to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Belfast. Working in a thriving industry the business is looking for people to join their continued expanding and progressing organisation on a permanent basis.

The role of a Customer Service Advisor will mean that you are the first point of contact for all customers both new and existing. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the onboarding of customers and updating their details on the system. The Customer Service Advisor will help answer any queries and direct customers to the right department to help solve queries as efficiently as possible for continued ease of the customers.

The right candidate for this role must be an excellent communicator and have . They should be efficient with their workload and be adaptable to work in this fast-paced environment. The right candidate should also have strong IT skills and a desire to build relationships with customers. This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer service background that would want the opportunity to progress and develop with a company.

This role offers a starting salary of £21k which will increase to £23k after probation. Our client offers excellent company benefits as well as a bonus scheme. The hours of work are on a rota basis 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm and offers hybrid working for evenings and weekends. You will only be required to work 1 in every 5 weekends.
