Customer Service Advisor

Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a leader in the Utilities industry to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Belfast City Centre. Working in a thriving industry the business is looking for people to join their continued expanding and developing organisation on a permanent basis.

The role of a Customer Service Advisor will mean that you are working in a dynamic team as the first point of contact for all customers both new and existing. The Customer Service Advisor will support the sales team and be knowledgeable in all aspects of what they offer. The Customer Service Advisor will help answer any queries, streamlining the process for customers and directing them to the right department to help solve queries as efficiently as possible.

The right candidate for this role must be an excellent communicator and have experience in a customer service role. They should be able to work in this fast-paced environment and be able to use their own initiative. The right candidate should also have strong IT skills and be focused on building relationships with customers.

This role offers a starting salary of £20k-£22k alongside the excellent company benefits they have to offer. The hours of work are on a rota basis Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:45pm and 10:45am - 7pm and offers hybrid working after successful completion of your probation.
