Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a leader in the digital infrastructure industry, to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Belfast. The Role
The Customer Service Advisor will act as the first point of contact for all customers, both new and existing. They will be responsible for onboarding customers and updating their details on the system. The Customer Service Advisor will help answer any queries and direct customers to the right department to help solve queries as efficiently as possible. They will carry out various administrative duties alongside data entry.

The Person
The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional attention to detail. They should have the ability to work well in fast-paced environments. The right candidate will have strong IT skills and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer service background that would want the opportunity to progress and develop with a company.

The Package for this role includes a starting salary of up to £23,100. Our client offers excellent company benefits and a rotating rota. The hours of work are 8:30am-5pm, 9am-5:30pm, 10am-6:30pm or 11:30pm-8pm and offers hybrid working for evenings and weekends. You will only be required to work 1 in every 5 weekends 9am-6pm.
