Customer Service Advisor – Glengormley

Honeycomb are delighted to be working in partnership with one of Northern Ireland's largest locally-owned financial institutions to recruit for a number of Customer Service Advisors. You will work a 35-hour week, working 9am-5pm. This role is based full time in office in Glengormley.The position comes with a competitive salary and bonus scheme which can be discussed upon applicationThe RoleAs a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role with the Glengormley Branch. Duties include:

• Acting as first point of contact within the branch and offering a professional service
• Building relationships with new and existing members
• Assist customer by providing information on various products and services offered by the business
• Cashier duties
• Handling tasks relating to account processing
• Ensure customers are provided with advice and service that is compliant with all existing legal, regulatory and voluntary code obligations, and all Bank standards, policies, processes and procedures.

The Person:

• 6 GCSEs grade C+ in Maths and English
• Experience within a customer service focused position
• Experience within an administrative role
• Experience of working with IT systems, demonstrating understanding of Microsoft packages specifically Excel
• Strong service delivery ethic with a focus on quality, competency and accuracy
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
