Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an established and highly successful construction products business, to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator on a permanent, full-time basis. Due to internal progression, the business is able to welcome someone new to the team and provide exceptional opportunity for development. The office is based in Mallusk, only 20 minutes outside of Belfast.
The role of Customer Service Coordinator involves taking customer orders via phone and email whilst providing high levels of customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering website inquiries and liaising with suppliers to ensure customers are receiving products promptly and with the correct information. You will also get the chance to learn about new product lines and update the company website. This is an interesting role with a broad portfolio of specialist products.
The right person for this role will be someone coming with strong customer service skills, demonstrably strong IT skills, experience in data input would also be advantageous. Attitude is everything for this business, therefore if you are a people-person with a the determination to succeed, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
The package for this role is a salary of £22,000 - £22,500 with Monday-Friday working hours. There is an early Friday finish with this role! This is an great opportunity to join a growing business, alongside ample opportunity for longer-term career development.
