Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside a well- established fashion business here in Northern Ireland. Our client is continually growing and expanding their company, delivering an exceptional service to customers globally. Due to this continuous growth our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team in Belfast.
The role of Customer Service Executive is a key role within the business aiding in global success, you will be responsible for dealing with all customer queries, ensuring effective lines of communication with customers over various platforms. The successful candidate will also monitor all websites, alongside assisting in other administrative tasks to aid in the operation of Ecommerce for the business.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working within a customer focused environment and demonstrating strong people skills. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable dealing with day-to-day customer queries. Previous experience working with CRP systems would be advantageous but not essential.
The package for this role offers an attractive salary of £22,000- £26,000 depending on experience and presents great opportunities for progression within the company, with free on-site parking and a generous pension scheme. Due to the nature of this role, it will be based on site Monday- Friday within the Belfast area.
