Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client, to recruit for a Customer service executive to join their team in Belfast,. Due to growth within the business, our client is expanding their team, creating this unique 32-hour, permanent opportunity.

The Customer service executive will act as the main point of contact for customers, both new and existing via telephone and email. They will be responsible for acquiring and processing orders, promoting the product range, informing customers of offers, and updating details on the system. As Customer service executive, you will provide exceptional standards of customer service, and ensure all data is logged on system both correctly and efficiently.

The Right Person for this role will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional attention to detail. They should have the ability to work well in fast-paced environments. This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer service background that would want the opportunity to progress and develop with a company. Previous call handling experience is advantageous for this role, but not essential.

The Package for this role includes a 32-hour week, an hourly rate £10.76, on-site parking, and a discount scheme. Full benefits can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.

The hours of work for this role are Mon-Tues 1000-1500, Wed-Fri 0900-1730.
