Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client, to recruit for a Customer support administrator to join their team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, in Newry. Due to growth within the business, our client is expanding their team, making it an excellent time to join.

The Customer Support Administrator will act as the main point of contact for clients, both new and existing via telephone and email. They will be responsible for acquiring and processing orders, providing updates, and updating details on the system. In addition, The Customer support administrator will help answer any general queries and direct customers to the right department where applicable. They will also carry out various administrative duties alongside data entry.

The Right Person for this role will be an excellent communicator and have exceptional attention to detail. They should have the ability to work well in fast-paced environments. The right candidate will have confidence in their IT skills and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer service background, that enjoys working in a team environment.

The Package for this role includes a salary of £23,000 (Pro rata 6 month FTC) Our client offers great company benefits and a rotating rota.
The hours of work for this role are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700, with rotational Weekend shifts of 0900 - 1230 and 0900 - 1600.
