Customer Service Representative

Honeycomb is excited to be working with our client to support the recruitment of a Customer Service Sales Representative Based in Londonderry. This a great opportunity for a person looking for their next step into a role with genuine progression.

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the sales process. You will be the first point of contact for customers, whether this be via telephone or email, so providing exceptional customer service is of the utmost importance.

The ideal person for this role will have a strong customer service background or significant experience of working in a sales driven environment. Manufacturing experience would be a distinct advantage. You will be working with various teams throughout the organisation so you must be a timely and effective communicator. Excellent customer service, written and verbal is essential. You will have strong IT skills and strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

Our client is offering an excellent package with a salary of £23,000 - £28,000 DOE.

Other benefits include;

• Early finish on a Friday.
• 1 day working from a week.
• up to 5% performance bonus quarterly.
