Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a market-leading manufacturing business, to recruit for a Customer Service Representative on a permanent, full-time basis. The business is a long-established and innovative success story with a great team and office environment. Situated in Lisburn, this is the perfect role for someone detail-focused who wants a new challenge.
The role of Customer Service Representative involves being the first point of contact for customers calling into the business, alongside following up on any inbound queries. You will be processing orders and following the sales processes from start to finish, including liaising with the production team in regard to time scales of orders. You will build strong rapport with all clients and customers across the business.
The right person for this role will be someone coming from an administrative background who is keen to progress with their career. Ideally, candidates will have experience working within a B2B environment and are able to build strong rapport. You must possess strong IT skills including all MS packages.
The package for this role is an attractive salary of £23K - £25K depending on experience and working hours of 8am-4pm. This role presents a rare opportunity to work within a reputable business and within an excellent team.
