Honeycomb is delighted to be working exclusively with our international client, a market leader within the manufacturing industry, to recruit a Customer Support Administrator on a permanent basis due to internal progression.

Our client has multiple locations across the UK and Ireland where they specialise in the production and sales of steel equipment used by a multitude of business across the world. The business has an excellent working culture and only tends to recruit due to growth, creating a tight-knit and fun environment to work within. The business encourages progression for staff which is evident across the team. Operating at an impress level, the business continues to expand in to new markets and diversify their product range.

The role of Customer Support Administrator is an essential role within the business, you will be the first point of contact for customers and be responsible for delivering excellent service and sales order support. The candidate will focus on driving a relationship and ensuring communication is kept to a high standard throughout the sales process right up to shipment of goods. The successful candidate will also handle quotations and order processing and work with a keen eye for detail. This list is not exhaustive, and this is a varied, stimulating role incorporating relationship building and commercial administration.

The right person will have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service or sales role, possessing good attention to detail. You must be eager to learn and be an excellent communicator, with a passion for problem solving. Our client is looking for a friendly and outgoing person with a professional nature to be a perfect fit for the team.

The salary for this role will be £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience, some benefits include a half day every Friday and an extremely generous holiday package. Due to the client's premium nature, further benefits can be provided upon an interview with Honeycomb.
