This fast-paced role will be based on offering exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients who are returning with queries or further product orders are interacted with in a timely manner. You will act as the point of contact and bridge of communication between the sales team and the technical team for the customer. The role will also include order processing, running reports to support the sales team and general administrative tasks which may arise.
The right person will have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service or sales role, possessing good attention to detail. You must be eager to learn and be an excellent communicator, with a passion for problem solving. Our client is looking for a friendly and outgoing person with a professional nature to be a perfect fit for the team. The desirable criteria is someone coming from a manufacturing business with ERP experience.
