Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a highly successful transport company, to recruit a Customer Support Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is experiencing continual demand within the industry, making it an excellent time to join a well-established team. The Role

  • Ensuring a high level of customer service, responding to all inbound queries.
  • Coordinating and resolving any issues regarding orders.
  • Administrative duties including inputting purchase orders onto system and populating contracts.
  • High level data entry and updating of service contracts alongside any other duties required to promote business success.

The Person

  • Previous experience working within a customer focused environment, ideally with previous administrative experience.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, with ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
  • Confidence in working within a fast-paced environment and ability to work well within a team.
  • Proactive mentality and ability to work off your own initiative.

The package for this role includes a salary of £22,000 increasing to £23,500 after probation. Offering a variety of benefits alongside free on-site parking and 33 days holidays. This role presents great opportunities for long-term progression and development working within an exciting and ever-growing industry. Based in Belfast, with a working week of Monday to Friday, hours between 8am-6pm alongside rotational Saturday shifts.
