Despatch Administrator (3PM-11PM)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading transport business, to recruit for a Despatch Administrator/Operator for the Craigavon site. Based a near Lurgan, this is an ideal role for someone practical who enjoys working in a growing organisation with ample opportunities to progress in future. The role of Despatch Administrator involves coordinating goods out for the business, ensuring paperwork is completed and correct. You will liaise with logistics partners and ensure that packages are correctly labelled to avoid any delays. Systems experience is important for this role and you will utilise CRM/ERP to fulfill your duties.

The right person for this role will be a despatch administration/warehouse administration professional. You will understand the despatch/goods out process and be able to lead in terms of process improvement when required. Previous experience using SAP is preferential.

The package for this role is an attractive salary of £26,000 PA. The hours of work are 15:00 - 23:00, Mon-Fri with no weekend working! There is on-site parking and whilst this role is initially temporary, there is opportunity for permanency.
