Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading raw materials business, to recruit for a permanent Despatch Administrator for their Belfast operation. The business operates within a niche sector and supplies product to a host of businesses across NI. The business is very well established and is known for staff retention. Situated in Belfast, the client has parking on-site and is easily accessible.
The role of Despatch Administrator involves utilising ERP software to log data to record goods out. You will liaise with third party hauliers and ensure the yard is best utilised to get the product out in an efficient manner. You will support with orders and process orders on behalf of customers whilst providing an exceptional customer service. This is a varied, autonomous role which ties in with the rest of the business on a daily basis.
The right person for this role will possess ERP systems experience, transport/despatch admin experience and strong general IT skills.
The package for this role is a starting salary of £23,000. The role has working hours of 8:30-4:30 Mon-Thurs with a 3:30 finish on a Friday!
