Despatch Administrator (City Centre)

The client supplies high-end technology to a range of different business sectors. The business boasts a global presence and has supply chain partners across the world. The client has experienced huge growth during the last few years and has been widely recognised as a leader in their field. The existing team is exceptionally warm and friendly, making it the perfect environment to join.

The role of Despatch Administrator involves coordinating all items to be shipped from the business, ensuring paperwork is completed and correct. You will liaise with logistics partners and ensure that packages are correctly labelled to avoid any delays. Systems experience is important for this role and you will utilise CRM/ERP to fulfil your duties.

The right person for this role will be a despatch administration/warehouse administration professional coming with demonstrable ERP experience. You will understand the despatch/goods out process and be able to lead in terms of process improvement when required. Previous experience using SAP is preferential.

The package for this role is an attractive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 with excellent long-term progression opportunities. The hours of work at 9-5, Mon-Fri with no weekend working! There is on-site parking and this role is also easily accessible from the city centre.
