Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a highly successful technology and data management business, to recruit for an Engagement Team Leader on a 1-year contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of an organisation and be involved in various processes, making this an interesting and varied position. The client has a large workforce in NI and beyond, with a focus on business improvement and developing their staff.
The Role
- Responsible for ensuring a high level of engagement across all areas of the business including recruitment and absences.
- Strive to create innovative improvements for the business through detailed reporting and analysis.
- Working closely with management to ensure employee well being.
- Ensuring a high level of compliance and data entry.
The Person
- The ideal candidate will be coming with previous experience working within operations or engagement.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work off own initiative.
- Ability to problem solve with an excellent work ethic.
- Confidence in working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
The package for this role is a salary of £35,000 with an attractive benefits package. This is a fantastic organisation with a range of further development opportunities. This role will give you will be working within an excellent team, gaining a wealth of experience. The role is based within Belfast city centre and working off a hybrid working model.
