Executive Assistant (Premium Business)

Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for an Executive Assistant for an exceptional client based in Belfast. The client is a market leading health care business. The client operates offers a premium service and has an exceptional reputation. The client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the senior management team and as such is open to meeting with experienced professionals with this skill set.

The role of Executive Assistant is a fantastic position for a confident and professional business support expert. The role consists of diary management, reporting, general administration and taking minutes in meetings. You will be directly involved in senior management discussions and provide executive support which aids the overall efficiency of the business.You will be highly organised and drive business efficiency.

The right person for this role will have previous experience gained within a PA/EA role and have demonstrably strong business support capabilities. You will have strong IT skills and be proficient in all MS Office packages.
