Facilities Coordinator (Temporary)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a shared office space in Belfast City Centre, to recruit a temporary facilities coordinator. Full-time hours, excellent hourly rate, temporary, based in Belfast City Centre.

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for opening the office each morning and ensuring the premises are prepared to a professional high standard. They will conduct regular walk arounds to ensure the office is clean and fully stocked. The facilities coordinator will liaise with contractors for any maintenance required and assist visitors with any general queries. This is a varied hands-on role.

The right person for this role will be punctual, pro-active and self-motivated. They will be confident in seeking tasks and be available for an immediate start. The right person will have a background in facilities maintenance, retail or hospitality.

The role offers an hourly rate ranging from £11-12 depending on experience. The hours of work are 7:30am- 4:00pm Monday- Friday. The office is based in Belfast City Centre and easy to access by public transport.
