Facilities Executive (Temporary)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a modern innovative business, to recruit a temporary Facilities Executive. Our client has a fantastic reputation within their field, and this is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art office in Belfast. Based in Belfast, temporary, full-time hours, excellent hourly rate.

The client is a leading business that offers a flexible workspace for freelancers and international businesses. They offer a range of services including meeting rooms and event spaces. They are known for their best-in-class service.

The Facilities Executive will be responsible for ensuring the building is ready for members arrival. They will open the building, set up the communal areas and will conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure supply levels are adequately maintained and any maintenance issues are addressed. They will assist members with any queries and carry out reasonable maintenance when required.

The right person for this role will have facilities management experience and be available for an immediate start. They will be punctual, have a strong sense of ownership and have excellent communication skills. The right person for this role will be able to work independently and follow tasks through to completion.

The role offers an hourly rate ranging between £11-12 depending on experience. The hours of work are Monday- Friday 7:30 am- 3:30 pm. The office is based in Belfast.
