Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading provider within the energy market, to recruit a temporary Facilities Executive. Based in Antrim, temporary, full-time hours, excellent hourly rate.
The Facilities Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of office buildings and surrounding grounds. They will conduct daily safety walks, coordinate contractors and work closely with suppliers. They will assist in receiving deliveries, checking office cleanliness and maintaining the grounds as necessary. The Facilities Executive will be responsible for ensuring the building is opened and secured at the end of each day.
The right person for this role will have facilities experience and be available for an immediate start. They will be punctual, self-motivated, and able to work on their own initiative. The right person will have good IT skills, hold a driver's licence and have excellent communication skills.
The role offers an hourly rate ranging between £11-12 depending on experience. The hours of work are 8:30 am - 5:15 pm Monday- Thursday and 8:30 am - 4:00 pm on Friday. The office is based in Antrim.
