Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading facilities management business, to recruit for a facilities management coordinator to become part of their growing team.

The successful facilities management coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the in-house engineers and subcontractors during their day-to-day activities ensuring a high level of customer support and ensuring to accurately log all activities.

The role of facilities management coordinator involves coordinating the workload of engineers, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and job status. You will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are completed and respond promptly to customer and client enquiries. This role will involve an element of sales and the successful facilities management coordinator will be confident negotiating with sub-contractors and clients. Customer service is a key component of this role.

The successful facilities management coordinator will have relevant experience working in a similar role, have high level organisational skills and thrive working in a busy environment. This is an ideal role for someone with excellent customer service skills.

The package for this role offers a salary of £24,000 and may be negotiable depending on experience, along with additional company benefits. Full details can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
