They also boast a modern office with onsite parking and lovely surroundings. The Role The role of the Finance Administrator is key to the Accounts team.
  • Support the Accounts team with general admin and as-hoc duties
  • Answering queries for the sales team and monitoring emails.
  • Assist the finance manager with different tasks
  • Track expenses and convert sales orders to invoices using Sage
  • Take customer credit card payments
The Person The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Packages
The Package This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of £22,000. This role is based in their Saintfield office, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and have the option to work hybrid after training.This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to utilise and develop their skills in a fast-paced administrative role with a successful local company.
