Finance Administrator (City centre)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a temporary Finance Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to go from temporary to permanent within a prestigious private clinic. Based in Belfast City Centre, excellent salary, opportunity for temp to perm, full-time hours.

The Client is a highly reputable business and a market leader in their field. Unlike other clinical environments, patient/customer experience is paramount and the business invests heavily in its practice and staff.

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for general finance, office and administrative duties. They will reconcile transactions, generate invoices and process employee expenses. The Finance Administrator will liaise with internal departments and insurance companies to assist with insurance queries. They will assist with accounts payable and receivable ledger analysis.

The right person for this role will be immediately available with demonstrable finance administration experience. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to work within a team. The right person will have excellent IT skills and be proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel. They will have excellent attention to detail and experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

The role offers a salary ranging from £24,000-£25000 depending on experience. The office is based in Belfast City Centre.
