Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading Renewable Energy company, to recruit a temporary Part-time Finance Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company on a temporary basis with the opportunity to stay permanently. Based in Belfast, Part-time hours, temporary to permanent opportunity, excellent hourly rate.
The Finance Administrator will be responsible for raising invoices and purchase orders. They will take control of the credit control process and assist with overseeing the day-to-day running of the office. The finance administrator will also liaise with suppliers and order stock for the office, as well as answer incoming calls and emails.
The right candidate for this role will have experience in raising invoices and purchase orders. They will have worked with Xero or a similar system. The right person will be self-motivated and an excellent communicator. A strong finance or administration background is desired.
The role offers an hourly rate ranging from £13-£14 depending on experience. They will be required to work 20 hours per week in the Belfast office.
