Finance Administrator (Temporary)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading manufacturer, to recruit a temporary Finance Administrator in Belfast. This role requires a candidate who is immediately available with financial administration experience. Based in Belfast, excellent hourly rate, full-time hours.

The Client is a one of Northern Irelands leading manufacturers who has been supplying products to the market for over 100 years.

The Finance Administrator will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, payments and dealing with account queries. They will support the sales ledger and accounts functions. The administrator will maintain accurate records and assist in the timely processing of customer invoices and credit notes.

The right person for this role will be able to communicate effectively, work toward schedules and deadlines and pay close attention to detail. They will have analytic skills and be proficient in the use of MS Excel. The right person for the role will have 1-year of experience in financial administration or a similar function. They will be able to use their own initiative and have a flexible working approach.

The role offers an hourly rate of £10.50. They will be required to work Monday-Friday 8:45 am- 5:00 pm and Friday 8:45 am- 4:00 pm. The office is based in Belfast.
