Finance and Admin Assistant

Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting a SaaS business in Belfast City Centre in the search for a Finance Administrator to help drive this growing organisation.

Your Package/Benefits:

• £24-£25k depending on experience
• Potential for part-time or a 4 day week
• 22 days holiday + 10 stat days
• 5% pension contribution

This organisation is focused on customer experience to ensure their clients customers have engaging and compelling shopping encounters. They provide a world renowned data personalization and technology platform which ultimately drives and grows sales.

What would a typical day look like for you?

In a small yet tight knit team based in Belfast, you will be responsible for finance administration plus any additional administration duties depending on the needs of the business. You will have the ability to flex to business requirements and a great team mentality.

Some of the responsibilities will be;

• Processing of invoices - supporting on reconciliation of invoices, statements
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Supplier account queries
• Issuing PO numbers
• Processing staff expenses
• Reconciling company credit cards
• Providing administration support to the CEO and Company Directors

Your skills:

• A strong interest in finance, business, or administration
• Minimum 1 year experience in a finance focused administration role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to pick tasks up with ease
