Honeycomb is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a Pensions Consulting and Administration organisation based in Belfast to secure a Financial Data Administrator. This is a newly created role, working initially on a 12 months fixed-term contract.

What would a typical day look like for you?
Initially, your role will consist of:
- Basic analysis of large volumes of historic data
- Preparation of monthly financial analysis, adapting reports and templates to meet changing needs, as required
- Spotting issues and trends and working with client management on these
- Ensuring regular and ad hoc budget monitoring deadlines are met
- Collation and presentation of historic and recent figures for various stakeholder groups, ensuring stakeholder needs are met
- Dealing with client queries re supplied financial analysis
- Ad hoc reporting as required.
Your skills:
- Highly competent in the use of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- One years' experience in financial administration or book keeping in a busy office environment
- Good data entry skills, with a demonstrable aptitude for numbers
- Excellent time management
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- An ability to highlight and escalate risks.
