This business is an established Wealth Management Practice, operating in the NI market for over 17 years. They are committed to elevating their clients Wealth to establish a prosperous and secure future. This is a great opportunity to utilise your Financial Services Administration experience, with the view of progressing into higher roles within the company.

What would a typical day look like for you?

Initially, your role will consist of:

  • To support Financial Planners
  • General Administrative duties when required
  • Answering client queries via email, calls, post
  • Client service - ensuring follow-up with clients is timely with accurate information provided
  • Preparing client documentation in a timely fashion
  • Liaising with compliance
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Working closely with the Financial Planning Consultant, covering a range of administration, business and operational activities
  • Regular client contact, including the management of client expectations
  • Provide proactive administrative support to a high standard
  • Providing support to any area of the business as needed

Your skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a demonstrable commitment to working as part of a team
  • At least 1 years experience in either a Financial Services Administrator role or a regulated environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of Financial Services
  • A keen eye for detail alongside meticulous administration skills
  • Excellent organisation capabilities
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong ICT skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Have a good work ethic and the ability to take responsibility and be accountable for the work produced.
