Financial Services Administrator
Belfast | Full-time | One day working from home
Honeycomb is delighted to be working with an established wealth management organisation to recruit two Client Relationship Managers for its growing Belfast team.
These opportunities offer the chance to work closely with a dedicated financial adviser, combining pensions and investment administration with client liaison and organisational support.
We welcome applications from experienced IFA or wealth management administrators, as well as candidates earlier in their financial services career who are keen to develop.
The opportunities
One position requires an experienced administrator who can take ownership of a busy workload and provide proactive support to an adviser with high standards of accuracy and service. Strong pensions and investment knowledge, excellent organisation and the ability to anticipate requirements will be essential.
The second position offers scope for someone with less experience to build on their existing knowledge. An IFA background would be advantageous, alongside enthusiasm, attention to detail and a clear interest in financial services.
Both positions carry the title Client Relationship Manager.
The role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing dedicated administrative support to a financial adviser.
- Arranging client meetings and preparing meeting and review documentation.
- Processing pension and investment applications and progressing outstanding cases.
- Liaising with clients, providers and colleagues.
- Maintaining accurate client records on Intelligent Office.
- Preparing correspondence and responding to enquiries.
- Supporting diary management and tracking follow-up actions.
- Ensuring work meets internal procedures and compliance requirements.
About you
You will be organised, professional and committed to providing a high standard of client service. You should be comfortable managing a varied workload, communicating with different stakeholders and handling confidential information.
For the more experienced opportunity, you will bring a strong background in IFA or wealth management administration and sound pensions and investment knowledge.
For the second opportunity, relevant administration experience and an understanding of financial services would be beneficial, together with a willingness to learn.
Experience using Intelligent Office and progress towards R0 exams would be advantageous.
What's on offer
- 25 days' annual leave, plus your birthday and 10 statutory holidays.
- 5% employer pension contribution.
- Death-in-service cover.
- One day working from home, allocated through a rota.
- 4:30pm finish on Fridays.
- The opportunity to develop your career within an established and growing wealth management business.
To apply, please submit your CV or contact Sam Evans at Honeycomb for a confidential discussion.
