Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a well-established banking organisation in Northern Ireland to recruit a Mortgage Support Adviser on a 3-month temporary contract, based in Dunmurry.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy banking team, supporting the administration and processing of mortgage documentation while ensuring a high level of accuracy and organisation.
The Role
As a Mortgage Support Adviser, you will support the team with the processing, handling and distribution of mortgage deeds and associated documentation. You will be responsible for completing routine administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring requests are processed within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and package mortgage deeds and documentation for dispatch.
- Organise files for delivery to solicitors and offsite storage.
- Provide mortgage redemption statements to solicitors as required.
- Process requests relating to the release of deeds and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential customer information appropriately.
- Manage assigned tasks and deadlines while supporting the wider team.
A Typical Day
Your day will involve working through a range of assigned tasks relating to mortgage documentation and deed administration. You will help ensure files are organised, documents are processed accurately and requests are completed within agreed deadlines, contributing to the smooth running of the wider team.
