A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join its Belfast-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser with a proven track record in mortgage sales. You will take ownership of customer relationships throughout the full mortgage journey, from initial enquiry through to completion, providing tailored and compliant advice while identifying relevant protection and insurance needs.
The Role:
- Provide professional, compliant mortgage advice to customers.
- Manage mortgage cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Research the market and recommend suitable mortgage products based on individual customer circumstances.
- Identify and advise on appropriate protection and insurance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and professional introducers.
- Maintain accurate and fully compliant customer records.
- Manage an active pipeline of mortgage applications through to completion.
- Work towards agreed sales and revenue targets.
- Deliver a professional, knowledgeable and personable customer experience.
- Ensure all advice and activity is delivered in line with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
What do we need in you:
- Full CeMAP qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Mortgage Adviser.
- A proven track record of mortgage sales.
- Experience advising customers on protection products.
- Proven experience managing mortgage cases from initial consultation through to completion.
- Candidates with experience gained within banking, mortgages or another regulated financial services environment are particularly encouraged to apply.
