Honeycomb is excited to be recruiting for a Financial Advisory practice, in the recruitment of a Financial Services Administrator, with a focus on compliance of Client Annual Reviews.

What would a typical day look like for you?

• Reviewing client annual review packs to ensure they are compliant.
• Ensuring clients receive their invitations to an annual review at the start of each month.
• Organising reminders for client responses.
• Producing Review packs prior to the annual review meeting.
• Process improvement and coordination of Management Information.
• Engaging with key stakeholders.

About You

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a Financial Services/Wealth management practice.

Other requirements include:

• A high attention to detail.
• Enjoy finding new ways to improve or sharpen a process.
• Are familiar with the requirements of a typical annual review.
• Intelliflo experience is highly desirable.
