Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable Financial Advisory practice with over 40 years experience providing a first class experience to their clients. Due to exciting growth, the firm are now seeking to recruit for an ambitious Financial Services Administrator with an interest in developing their career in Paraplanning.
The Client
A highly reputable Financial Advisory practice, with a strong market presence throughout Co. Down and beyond, the practice prides themselves on providing a first class experience for their clients, supporting with Investments, Pensions, Mortgages and Protection. This is a supportive working environment with team collaboration at the forefront of every day. They also seek to up skill and promote individuals and fully support their chosen career paths within the Financial Planning sector.
The Role
In this role, you will be supporting a number of experienced Financial Advisors and Paraplanners with administration tasks as well as wider office organisational duties.
Some key roles will include:
- Engaging with client queries via email and telephone and face to face
- Proposing and drafting financial reports
- Carrying out research on products and providers to best meet clients needs
- Completing new business applications
- Ensuring full compliance with FCA
- Creating and updating client files
Salary & Package
Salary(based on experience)- £22-26k

Essential Criteria
It is highly desirable to have experience in similar Financial Planning/Wealth Management environments, however wider Financial Services or Professional Services experience may also be considered.
You must also have the following:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft and ability to pick up new data bases.
- Strong analytical skills with a key eye for detail.
