Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable logistics business, to recruit a Freight Administrator, on a permanent, full-time basis. This is the ideal role for someone who is an excellent communicator and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Our client is continuing to grow and expand the business, making it a perfect time to join.

The Role

  • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating of shipments for import and exports.
  • Providing high level customer service and updating of tracking systems.
  • Administrative tasks including, invoicing and reports.
  • Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies regarding shipments.

The Right Person

  • A strong administrator, ideally with previous experience working within shipping/ transport.
  • Ability to work within tight time frames and be an excellent communicator.
  • IT proficiency, good with numbers and ability to pick up on new systems quickly.
  • A customer service professional, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The package for this role includes a salary of up to £25,000 with a 35 hour working week. This role offers the rare opportunity to work within a thriving industry, with a great team. This role is based in office on site in Belfast.
