Front of House Manager

The client is seeking a Front of House Manager to join the team and lead the front of house operation. The client has an exceptional reputation for delivering a premium service, within both hospitality and events. This is a busy, dynamic role which sits in a beautiful environment a stone's throw from Belfast city centre.

The role of Front of House Manager is a key role within the business, you will be responsible for managing a team of Receptionists establishing the smooth running of both the team and business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency in the day-to-day running of the hotel alongside apartments. This role covers a variety of aspects to aid in business success including maintenance and facilities management. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working within the hospitality industry within a managerial position. The individual will have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment alongside displaying strong time management and organisational skills. The person for this role will have previous experience in working with booking software systems and be a self-starter.

The package for this role contains a salary of £32,000 and presents great opportunities for progression within the company. With an attractive working week of Monday- Friday 8-4 or 9-5 with only odd Saturday working.
